Duties:

Product Demonstration: Execute dynamic and compelling demonstrations of St.
James Winery products, including crafting signature cocktails and highlighting key product features.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions, providing product information and offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying our values and promoting a positive brand image.
Compliance: Ensure that all alcohol related activities comply with local regulations, including age verification procedures and responsible service practices.
Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the setup and breakdown of demo stations, ensuring a clean and organized presentation space.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to drive product awareness and contribute to sales goals through effective promotion and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period of time in order to successfully perform the assigned duties.
Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages: Demonstrated knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques and an understanding of flavor profiles.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers about our products.
Collaborative teamwork and the ability to follow instructions are essential qualities for this position.
Sales and marketing Acumen: Previous experience in sales or promotional roles, with a proven ability to drive customer interest and sales is advantageous.
Responsible Service: Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and special events as required.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be insurable on company Automobile Policy.
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to submit timesheets and feedback reports electronically through internal tracking system.
Proficiency in numerical skills, including counting and making change is a requirement for the role.
