Sales

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products or services - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as company policies and procedures - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and calculations - Experience in technology sales is a plus - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
