Sales and Customer Service Representative

Modern Piano Moving is a nationwide piano mover, moving approximately 400 pianos per month across the country.
We are currently hiring a Sales/Customer Service Representative.
Strong general office and computer experience are required.
Sales training will be provided and no previous experience is needed.
Duties * Answer phones * Provide accurate quotes over the phone and from our internet based quoting system * Sell the move based on our unique moving method * Follow up with potential customers using Constant Contact, phone, email, etc.
* Provide customer service to current clients Required Skills * General office experience * Proficient use of computers * Correspondence via business email * MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel or shared Google Docs/Sheets * Proficient use of the internet to research accessibility and business information * Detail oriented * Ability to multi-task * Great phone skills Position is full-time Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, occasional Saturdays are required from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Saturdays are approximately every 4 weeks.

Parking is approximately 200' from the office and requires navigating several railroad tie steps and a concrete path on an incline.
There are several larger dogs on the property and in the office.
