Your Role at Sana Lake
Sana Lake is expanding and seeking a Regional Director of Business Development who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will have the following responsibilities:
Oversee the Sana Lake Outreach Team by providing training, development, and performance management.
Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure Sana Lake is well represented with all potential referral sources in applicable regions.
Learn and familiarize yourself with all daily working procedures, services provided by Sana Lake Recovery and their network, and processes for the coordination of admissions with referral sources and family members.
Develop working relationships with professionals who can refer to Sana Lake Recovery, including Hospitals, EAPs, private counselors, case workers, discharge planners, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, attorneys (DUI & Trust Fund), union/labor stewards, pastors/clergy, and local governments.
Conduct quality presentations/In-services for agencies, hospital staff, discharge planners, and other groups as they are identified.
Provide daily reporting in Salesforce or equivalent CRM program.
Monitor and track team, and individual, KPIs.
Collaborate with leadership to broaden and enhance the effectiveness of the Business Development function.

Experienced working with the substance use and mental health population
A business development professional with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Passionate about assisting individuals, and families, in connecting with the resources they need to start/continue their recovery journey
