Alpha Media – Farmington/Festus, MO is looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Marketing Consultant.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, balance priorities, take direction, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment that is fast-paced and deadline-driven.
Responsibilities for this position may include:
Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
Submit the ad schedule and copy to the traffic department.
Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.
Requirements of this position may include the following:
Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have a great personality and be able to work in a team environment.
Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and have the following:
Prior sales experience.
