Reports To: Administrative Assistant
Collaborates with: Administrative Assistant, Sales Team, Sales/Marketing Team/Finance
Position Summary: The Sales Representative's primary job is to create leads in addition to company provided leads or sales.
Follow up per company provided follow up schedule, and seek to close deals.
This person should make a direct impact on the growth of the company.
Attitude/Posture:
The Sales Representative must be organized, consistent and efficient.
This position requires a person who has computer and technology skills and is very responsive through texts, emails, and calls.
Communication skills are a must have to be successful.
Computer skills are a foundational skill of this position.
Key Role:
\*Manage sales leads in CRM by email, phone calls and texts
\* Create leads by social media accounts created by Summit
\*Understand the Sales & Follow up process requirements
\*Seek to learn and understand Product
\* Understand & Explain Delivery Expectations Requirements at close of sale
Education/Experience:
\*Previous work experience in Sales (one year minimum preferred)
\*Previous work experience with computers and social media (must have)
\* Previous work experience with AP, AR, or payroll (preferred)
Work environment:
The work environment for employees will take place primarily inside a climate-controlled office setting.
Team members can expect to experience moderate levels of noise that is typically associated with a busy office environment.
Physical Demands:
\*Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
\* Will be required to stand or walk w/ clients on sales lot to show products.
Schedule:
\*Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm (off on week day if working Saturday)
\*1-3 Saturdays per month 9 am-2 pm (off on week day if working Saturday)
\* Winter hours 9:00 am-5:00 pm week days ) Nov 1st-Feb 28th)

Average Sales per Sales Rep after Training $50,000-$150,000/ Monthly = $3,000-$9,000
