Kohlfeld Distributing is seeking a highly motivated territory manager for Jefferson, Washington, and St.
Francois counties.
GENERAL GOALS Increase profitability by growing product placement in market.
Holding team members accountable in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensure all accounts receive stellar customer service.
Assist salesman due to a growing portfolio and account base in market.
Make sales and delivery routes as efficient as possible.
SALESMAN TEAM LEAD Lead team in meeting sales goals and communicating areas of improvement.
Schedule frequent meetings with key accounts in market to promote products and address customer concerns.
Ensure promotional signage and point of sale is readily available for your team and staged correctly.
Accompany team on their routes to maintain customer relations in your market.
Covering teams' sales routes when needed.
Conducting quarterly performance evaluations.
Seek ways to streamline sales and delivery routes.
DRIVERS & MERCHANDISERS Ensure drivers are performing in a professional and friendly manner and product is stocked correctly.
Assist fleet manager with quarterly evaluations of drivers.
Ensure merchandisers are stocking and marketing products correctly.
Assist in managing the time and needs of merchandising.
