Sales Rep Supervisor

Job Title: Sales Rep Supervisor Position Summary: Perform all duties independently to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Deliver exceptional customer service, offer expert product recommendations, and demonstrate to customers how products operate.
Learn about different products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Contribute to our company’s positive culture by upholding a supportive, team-oriented environment Stay up-to-date on the latest products and customer service training Answer support calls from Sales Reps and offer support for questions during day to day operations Provide advanced troubleshooting and customer service Deconflict scheduling issues for Sales Reps Provide training and guidance to Sales Reps Perform other duties as assigned Position Details: FULL TIME - 38+ HOURS PER WEEK Starting Pay: $12.
50 - $18 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision insurance available Paid Time Off begins to accrue 90 day after your start date Paid holidays when the store is closed for that holiday Employee Discount begins on first day of employment Flexible Schedule Work Schedule : Store hours are between 11am and 7pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 12pm - 4pm.
You will be scheduled in shifts between those hours.
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS.
