As a Healthcare Sales Consultant with Americare Senior Living, you'll play a vital role in driving growth for senior living communities in Farmington and St.
Genevieve.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include assessing sales needs, nurturing leads, maintaining meticulous records, and participating in weekly reporting calls.
Specifically, the Healthcare Consultant will support revenue expansion in our assisted living communities in Farmington and St.
Genevieve, while also focusing on marketing initiatives for our skilled nursing facility in Farmington.

About Americare’s Passionate Sales Manager, Santo Randazzo:
Santo Randazzo, a graduate of the University of Missouri in St.
Louis (UMSL), is the Sales Manager for the eastern area of the Assisted Living Division at Americare and passionate to guide the new Sales Specialist and grow the company’s footprint in the SEMO area.
With 19 years of experience in senior living, including roles such as Sales Director, Sales Trainer, and Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Santo brings a wealth of expertise to his current position.
Recently relocating to St.
Louis, from Summerville, South Carolina, Santo, along with his wife Kelly, has been married for over 20 years and has two boys.
In his free time, Santo enjoys golfing and fishing.
Perks & Benefits:
Base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus Plan: Up to $12,000 annually

Revenue Needs Analysis
Full Business Development (Revenue) Cycle, Prospecting to Closing
Record Keeping
Weekly Reporting
Adherence to Guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age, high school education (required)
Authentic passion for serving people and the community (required)
Revenue generation and marketing background (required)
1+ year of senior living or medical-related full revenue cycle experience (preferred)
2+ years success in B2C and/or B2B (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel between Cape Girardeau and Sikeston
