Position Summary Provide fast and courteous service to all customers.
Additional responsibilities include suggestive selling, stocking, cleaning, and practicing proper safety procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities Know all company procedures Practice proper customer relations at all times Know how to operate all equipment in the store Know how to properly stock inventory Know and follow all security procedures including paperwork Know and follow all preventive maintenance procedures Know and follow all State laws for liquor/beer and tobacco Keep everything inside and outside of store clean Be available to assist with shift coverage (most stores 24 hours) Serve the customer Front and fill coolers Administer credit card transactions lotto/lottery transactions Issue money orders Clean and wash down parking lots Sweep and mop floors food bar Bathrooms Pumps Keep beverage and food stations fresh Help maintain good inventory Be sure money is secured at all times Always keep register at or below $100.
00 Document all refunds, void, and no sales by attaching corrected receipt Must be able to complete shift report Know how to check suppliers/vendors in and out Rotate stock Practice plus selling and provide prompt courteous service Handle any other work that can be assigned at supervisor's discretion Essential Skills Required Able to provide excellent customer service.
Handle and count money on a regular basis.
Complete and track tasks on shift sheets.
Education/Experience Qualifications Prefered: Highschool Diploma 1 year of experience in customer service/retail fields Pay Based on experience and certifications/education General Skill Requirements In addition to the Essential Functions and Qualifications listed above, to perform the job successfully an individual must also possess the following General Skill Requirements.
