*The Opportunity:*
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Professional to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales goals and expanding our customer base within the embroidery industry.
You'll be a trusted advisor to new and existing customers, building strong relationships across diverse market segments,
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, customer service) to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, identifying new opportunities within the embroidery industry.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding their expectations with exceptional customer service.
* Identify and qualify potential customers, converting them into loyal MTS partners.
* Negotiate and close deals with confidence, exceeding sales targets, and quotas.
* Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring MTS remains at the forefront of the market.
*The Ideal Candidate:*
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
* Experience within the textile or apparel industry a plus, but not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, coupled with the ability to close deals effectively.
* A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service that goes the extra mile.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a competitive spirit.
* Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
