The following challenges await you: As needed, hire and train sales in collaboration with HR, Head of Sales, Clinical, and other appropriate department.
• Oversee sales team.
• Create sales goals for sales representatives in alignment with Head of Sales.
• Develop and implement regular, at the beginning monthly, reviews to ensure representatives are meeting or exceeding targets.
• Driving revenue growth.
• Implement sales strategy.
• Manage sales budgets.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with key clients and partners.
• Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Your Profile: • BS/BA in related discipline • 2-5 years of experience in the wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions • Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry • 1-3 years in Sales leadership roles • Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
• Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies.
• Proven track record of sales results and recognition • Successful track record of achievement of sales goals and growing top-line results with a history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives MIRRAGEN® Advanced Wound Matrix is a next-generation intervention for wound healing.
