Responsibilities:
Develop new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including phone calls, email campaigns, canvasing, networking, etc.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and sales in provided CRM program (Salesforce.
com).
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
Product focus will be on fiber solutions, including Broadband/Dedicated Internet, SIP Voice Services and Cloud Based Phone Systems.
Use tools provided to create contracts, quotes, and sample invoices in a timely fashion.
Participate in weekly scheduled sales calls, sales meetings, and all sales training sessions.
Serve as the on-going point of contact for accounts after the initial sale to ensure continued customer satisfaction and growth of the account base.
Regular follow-up with clients to add solutions, update information and resolve any issues.
Participate in customer facing events like Lunch & Learns, trade shows, and expo booths as required.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of prior B2B sales experience.
Strong prospecting and communications skills are a must.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.
e.
a “people person").
Possess excellent sales skills, a positive/professional attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.
Associate's Degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Telecom/Internet/Data field.
Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and work in a sales team environment.
Highly disciplined, independent, and organized.
Prior experience in telecom/data sales a plus.
Requires consistent prospecting/sales to potential B2B clients for monthly quota retirement.
