Project Management of the proposal process: proposal intake, deadline development, milestone identification, communication management (faculty, OSP, outside collaborators, proposal developers, etc.
), meeting facilitation, organization and coordination of proposal materials, identification and resolution of proposal-related concerns, presentation, and facilitation of high interest proposals.
Assist with coordination of campus mentoring program: arranging limited submission reviews, mentoring assignments, red team reviews
Assist with limited submissions processes: announcements, competitions, etc.
Assist with proposal development: narrative development, template creation/management, editing support
Creation and delivery of workshops and seminars on proposal development
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in grant writing or project management, editing and proof-reading skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal guidance.
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,223-$81,135 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
