Job Description: Director of Marketing:
Position Summary: As the Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the company's growth and increase brand awareness.
You will be responsible for overseeing marketing communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging, generating leads, providing sales support, and identifying target markets and their unmet needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Set marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Brand Messaging and Communication:
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and print collateral.
Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Implement lead generation strategies to acquire and nurture potential customers through various channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals.
Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Sales Support and Enablement:
Partner with sales to develop and execute our channel strategy to ensure maximum coverage of all our offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary marketing tools and materials.
Develop sales enablement content, including sales presentations, product collateral, and training materials.
Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify unmet needs and pain points within the target markets.
Use customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Department Spending Management:
Develop and manage the marketing spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
Track marketing expenses and measure the performance of marketing initiatives against set objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, develop and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or director, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation tactics, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
