Marketing Coordinator
Wisper Internet is seeking a full-time non-exempt Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department.
In this role, the primary responsibility will be to serve as a direct ambassador of the company regarding service properties within our network while providing administrative support as necessary to our Marketing Team.
This position will be responsible for local coordination of internal & external Marketing events for Wisper with professionalism, efficiency, and energy.
This coordinatory will primarily cover the Washington, MO territory (within a 2 hour drive).
Pay: $19 hourly
Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM to 4:30PM with flexibility for after hours as dictated by business needs
Overnight Travel: 10% (includes daily meal per diem and use of company vehicle)
Essential Job Functions
• Maintain marketing material & promotional item inventory
• Act as the local brand ambassador for Wisper, bringing the unique knowledge of their area to the Marketing Team
• Serve as 'Boots on the Ground' brand promotion (door hangers, yard signs, local events & initiatives)
• Work with a team of dedicated individuals to further Wisper's visibility & brand recognition
• Bring creativity & energy around Wisper's goals while utilizing a marketing mindset to achieve
• Responsible for vendor management & correspondence
• Responsible for Customer Retention Campaigns
• Communicate current & upcoming marketing campaigns within the Wisper network
• Assist in designing advertising campaigns including newspaper ads, direct mail, & email
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising
• Assist in maintaining company website
• Assist in the development of the marketing strategy
• Assist in coordination of external & internal events
• Location representative on internal Culture Committee
• Other duties as directed
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
•1+ year of Marketing experience
•Valid Driver's License
•Ability to be added to Company vehicle insurance
•Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
