We are building a team of top-notch weekend event staff to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores in the Greater Saint Louis Metropolitan Area! We are looking for fun, outgoing, energized, *MONEY MOTIVATED* individuals to join our team! We offer *GENEROUS HOURLY* pay with *UNCAPPED COMISSION* that’s paid weekly!
*What you will do:*
As a weekend event leader, you will be working at an event table inside or outside (depending on weather), driving brand awareness by having face to face conversations with potential customers about their heating and cooling needs! There will be games, prize wheels, food, snacks, and much more to draw customers to your table!
No appointment setting! You will be gathering homeowner’s information which is then submitted through our portal! Our team of call center representatives will then reach out to customers to set them up a date and time that works best for them! We offer FREE in-home estimates for heating and cooling replacements.
We also offer greatly discounted seasonal safety maintenance checks on their heating and cooling units!
