Hotshot Asphalt LLC is a family owned and operated asphalt paving and sealcoating contractor in Franklin County, Missouri.
The business has been operating since 1979, and been under the current ownership since 2017.
Hotshot has worked hard to achieve a fine reputation in the industry, and has established facilities, including a large shop, office building and 3-acre industrial yard (between Union and St Clair).
The owners are both civil engineers and strive for a professional, yet relaxed work atmosphere.

```Duties```
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Paving and Sealcoating Crews (currently 15-20 people) and be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment, managing projects, and providing crew leadership as follows:
Ø Provide technical knowledge for paving and sealing.
Ø Provide all projects with the appropriate manpower, equipment, resources, and direction.
Ø Inspect job sites daily for quality control and productivity.
Ø Perform job cost analysis (planned versus actual costs).
Ø Manage equipment and facilities repairs, maintenance and upgrades.
Ø Assist in hiring for work crews and training crew members.
Ø Manage safety program.
Ø Interact with Customers as needed.
Ø Some computer skills required.
Ø Other duties as needed.
Please Note: This position may evolve over time, depending on Company needs and Employee’s skill set.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.
00 - $28.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
