We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
The Servants of the Paraclete, an international order of priests and brothers with their business office located thirty minutes southwest of St.
Louis, seek an accountant.
This role will oversee financial activities for the organization and its US based ministry, Vianney Renewal Center.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform bookkeeping and accounting functions and maintain accurate and timely financial reports.
* Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor progress to achieve established financial goals.
* Lead financial analysis and perform financial reporting efforts, providing insights to support decision-making.
* Manage banking and investment relationships, facilitating international transfers as needed.
* Coordinate audit/review activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate guidelines.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills:*
· Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or other related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks.
* Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in non-profit finance preferred.
* Attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
