Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team.
As a Paraprofessional, you will provide support to a student in various educational settings, assisting her with her academic and personal needs.

Duties:
- Assist students with their daily activities, including academic tasks, and personal needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to reinforce learning concepts
- Support students in developing their communication, social, and self-help skills
- Monitor student progress and document observations for reporting purposes
- Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Help with classroom organization and preparation of instructional materials
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with preschool or special education practices is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of children
